Plus, their commitment to using quality ingredients makes it a go-to choice for a satisfying meal on the go.
I am editing my review as I feel the staff in store have seriously declined in their service delivery. I went in today with my sister at around 11:45 for lunch, and the male staff member was incredibly rude and short toned with both of us. Having ordered our food, my sister asked for mayonnaise on our sandwich, and the amount that he put onto the sandwich made it quite frankly inedible, to the point where she did not finish it. We both ordered six inch subs, and while he checked her out at the till, he then went into the back and I was left standing around while he got another staff member instead to check me out while he left to handle a delivery. While I understand that things like deliveries do need to be done, I felt it was incredibly unprofessional to leave a customer in the middle of a transaction, and we do not plan on returning in the future.
Dear Customer.
I am sorry for your bad experience in our Subway and for the poor customer service. I assure you that we will do better in the future.
Thank you for your patience and understanding
Sincerely
Subway manager
Yesterday, My partner and I went to get some food in subway and we were the only ones standing at the counter and there were 2 people serving, I am usually very patient as I work in a similar job. my partner was asked what he would like and he was not allowed to add any extras to his sandwich(only set menu) even tho we were willing to pay extra charge, but we understood it’s a new menu, I was left standing there while my partner had received order and payed and nobody thought about serving me, the two workers stood there staring into space as I was waiting to be served, I would give 0 stars but it is not an option, the worst customer service I have ever seen. I decided to go to deli in the same shop instead and it was amazing service and amazing food, so I would say go to the deli not that place
